No tax will be charged except for residents of Illinois (add 6.5% tax if you are an Illinois resident).
Paying by money order: Order will process immediately

SHIPMENT
Shipping times vary by designer, although most of your orders will ship within 1 to 3 days after you place the order (usually within 24 hours).
Ground shipping is FREE on all orders over $100.00 in the continental U.S. Ground shipping will take approximately 5 - 7 days to arrive AFTER it leaves our factory or warehouse.
If you need faster delivery, we offer 2nd day and next day express delivery at an additional charge. Take note, 2nd day and next day deliveries will arrive 2 business days and 1 business day AFTER the processing period. To make arrangements for faster delivery contact us. All express charges will be shown to you before you finalize your order.
For U.S. orders outside of the continental U.S., please send an email to eluxebags@comcast.net telling us the item(s) you would like to order and the zip code to be shipped to. We will respond with your shipping charges.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please use a physical street address for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
If you would like to place an order and reside in another country, you will need to pay by credit card through PayPal. Please send an email to eluxebags@comcast.net telling us the item(s) you would like to order, along with the complete address and country that they will be shipped to. We will respond with your shipping charges. We will then send a PayPal invoice to you for the order to be placed.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return any new and unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee after we receive your return. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer's records. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of defective merchandise. We will then instruct you on what to do for the exchange.
To avoid damage during transport, please use a reliable courier or postal service and ship the product in perfect condition in its original boxes and protective covers. It is highly recommended you insure the parcel for the amount of the merchandise and get a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
NOTE: A frequent cause for returns is because the bag is either smaller or larger than what the buyer expected. Pictures do not always accurately show the size of a handbag, so please take a close look at the measurements of each piece shown and if in doubt, compare them with those of a similar size handbag.
